Introduction:

The company word derived from Latin word com’ means together and panes’ means bread. Hence company originally referred to association of person who takes their meals together. Sec 2(20) of the companies act, 2013 provides that the company incorporated under this act or under any previous company law.

According to lord justice Lindley : a company is an association of many persons who contribute money or money’s worth to a common stock so contributed is denoted in money and is capital of the company. The person who contribute it or to whom it belongs are members. The proportion of capital to which each member is entitled is his share.

The company I have selected:

Automobile Lamborghini is one of the most successful car making company and one of the leading company creator in the world wide. The stuffs which make and dill by this company are quite attractive to everyone. That’s always amuse my mind. Behind their success one of the main reason is quality of their stuffs these why I chose the company. The company is located Santagati Bolognese Italy. It is an Italian brand. It manufacturer of luxury sports cars. At present CEO is Stefano Domenicali.

Lamborghini founded May 1963. The story of Lamborghini once again takes us to the northern Italian province of Emilia-Romagna in the quiet township of Renazzo di cento.

History: It is there that poor grape farmers Antonio and Evelina Lamborghini raised their son Ferruccio among the family’s vineyards. Young Ferruccio started operating his own workshop. With just three other mechanics and 2000 lira in initial capital, the design was so successful that Ferruccio started a second company, Lamborghini Trattoria.

Than Ferruccio created automobile Lamborghini. This rather fearsome creature proved to be a suitable representation go Lamborghini’s company as it changed through milestones year after year. The first working Lamborghini, the GT 350, was created in 1964 with the help of young engineer Paolo Stanzani. It incorporated some extremely impressive technology.

The 1970s, however, would be trouble times for Lamborghini. The global stock market experienced a dramatic crash. He sold his remaining stake. The new buyer was Ferdinand Piech of Volkswagen. The present CEO is Stefano Domenicali.

one of the best car in the world. To make a strong base in the market they always tried to be advance whit time and innovated new projects. They always try to fulfill their customer’s desires. They worked hard to develop carbon fiber technology. Their research has never stopped. The partnership with Boeing aerospace company creates a revolution into the engineering technology introducing the new era of carbon fiber. Lamborghini Company is the most advanced developers in automotive industry Forged Composited is a lighter. More integrated and more flexible carbon fiber ever produced. 

Decision of the premises: Lamborghini performs another record in 2017. They delivered to customers 3,815 cars. Global sales expand for 7^th successive year. USA also say its place as largest single marketplace. Lamborghini grow worldwide sales by 10% from 3,457 to 3,815 deliveries.

Influence of the company in worldwide: Now a days the outcome of Lamborghini has been worldwide. Ferruccio Lambo is the guy who made this happened. With his excellent business sense he has created a good relation with market which helped a lots to expand the business.

Because of its cool features and great designs from very beginning Lamborghini was every persons dream car. With this knacks it is one of the most luxury cars in the market. Though their cars are every ones dream car, most of them were unable to buy one of those.

Future planning of the company:

If we compare Lamborghini with other companies we will see that Lamborghini is away ahead then other companies in marketing and it is loved by customers most. Though they have achieved the market place as number one and customers heart if they wanted to remain this in future they have to come with more advance and reliable projects which should make customer’s eyes dazzles.

In up come years with couple of super cars like Lamborghini Urus Super SUV they will contain their market in next years. In an interview with the CEO of Lamborghini Stefano Domenicali he was asked about supercar industry future situation. Domenicali replied that he still remain hopeful on the supercar industry this year. After asking about the future of company he says that he is looking forward for their upcoming new roadster ‘Tesla’ and he believe that it will rock the market.

By this report, we all see Lamborghini is mainly a sports car company, who produce super speedy cars. After dealing with a lots of up and down now Lamborghini has made a strong base in the market. There are many trouble times for Lamborghini but skip out trouble. Theirs outcome is everywhere. It is the major sports car company on global market. It take good correlation with all over world.
